This notice explains how information is handled when you browse the Moonlight yacht website or contact the Moonlight ownership team. For privacy questions, use the contact form and identify your message as a privacy request.
Information you submit
The inquiry forms collect your name and email address, together with an optional phone number and message. Submissions also identify whether you used the page form or the popup. Selecting "Send inquiry" sends this information to Netlify Forms, which processes and stores the submission for the Moonlight team. Inquiry details are also forwarded to the team's HubSpot contact management system to help handle your request and follow up.
The website does not save form entries in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may separately remember or autofill information according to your browser settings. Please do not submit financial account information, identification documents, or other sensitive information.
How inquiry details are used
The Moonlight team uses your details to respond to your questions, discuss ownership, coordinate viewing requests, and keep track of related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter or reserve a share or viewing.
Hosting and service providers
Netlify provides hosting, form processing, and inquiry forwarding for the public website. Inquiry information is used by the team handling your request and the service providers supporting that process. It may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not use this form to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
