Each interest is intended to provide 4–5 owner weeks each year. Weeks beyond four are allocated on an availability basis. The annual cruising plan and scheduling procedures apply.

Co-ownership gives you a membership interest in the company that owns the yacht, annual usage rights, and a share of ongoing operating costs. Chartering provides access for a booked period without an ownership interest. The right choice depends on your expected use, expenses, and ownership responsibilities.

The current share price is $498,000. The current estimate for shared operating costs is approximately $6,950 per month per owner. Regular operating contributions are paid monthly against the annual operating budget. Actual costs can vary, and individual trip expenses are separate. Any management fee and additional funding arrangements are confirmed in the program documents.

Those procedures set the selection order, booking windows, holiday allocation, exchanges, and other booking arrangements. Moonlight has four guest cabins and four heads, with owner trips planned for up to eight people including the owner. The captain confirms the permitted number aboard within the yacht's legal, insurance, and operational limits. Crew accommodation is separate.
